THE STUDIO
Beyond Architecture is an architecture and construction practice based in Arusha, working on residential, hospitality, and workplace projects across Tanzania and Kenya. We are organised as a single team across design and delivery, which means the drawings, the procurement, and the site work all sit under one roof.
Our work draws on East African building traditions — stone and lime masonry, locally milled timber, terracotta, and the spatial logic of highland and coastal settlement — paired with contemporary documentation and the engineering standards our clients expect today.

Scope is set in writing at the start of each stage, and nothing moves to the next stage without your sign-off. Fees are quoted per stage so you can pause, adjust, or proceed at your own pace.
