Designprocess
From concept to completion
We keep the path legible: early moves are tested, drawings are coordinated with intent, and site work is steered without losing the thread of what was agreed.

Stage 01
Project sketch
This stage includes site examination, program review, initial design sketches, and a preliminary budget analysis.
Stage 02
Preliminary project
Once the sketches are approved, we develop the project in more detail, drawing up the necessary preliminary plans, sections and elevations.
Stage 03
Final project
This is the actual development of the technical plans necessary for the construction.
Stage 04
Request for tenders
We assist and advise the client in the analysis of bids from general contractors and the signing of the construction contract.
